Today is the day we celebrate our fathers. We will have something special for fathers in the brewery. We hope you will spend some time with your father or reflect upon him wherever on this special day. Some of our favorite food trucks will be on site to pair with our wine, cider, and beer and, there will be live music throughout the day. There is no ticket for entrance and everything is a la carte.

Equal parts songwriter and storyteller, Buffalo?s Davey O. has been recognized on a national level for his past two CD releases with multiple honors among the ?best of? lists of several Folk & Roots radio stations, and as a 2013 New Folk Finalist at the prestigious Kerrville Folk Festival. Davey has also earned the respect of his peers for his incredible work ethic, performing between 120 - 140 dates per year, and for his constant dedication to the art of song craft. With a journalist?s eye for detail and poet?s ear for the well-turned observation, Davey O. finds the universal in the particular, turning day-to-day minutiae into dusty paeans to the indomitability of the human spirit. With each tale another slice of life examined.

Dinner is served until 9 PM and we are a BYOB establishment.

Southern Culture On The Skids at Stage on Herr

Southern Culture On The Skids has been spreading the rock and roll gospel since since they formed in Chapel Hill, NC in1983. Guitarist/singer Rick Miller, drummer Dave Hartman and bassist/singer/heartbreaker Mary Huff, play a greasy mix of surf, rockabilly, R&B and country-fried garage with a side of psych, all the while driving fans into ecstatic, sweat-drenched paroxysms of joy. It?s a musical gumbo Miller calls, ?Americana from the wrong side of the tracks.? The band has been prolific and ubiquitous for over thirty years, touring everywhere from the North Carolina Prison System to Mt. Fuji, Japan and delivering what Rolling Stone calls ?a hell raising rock and roll party.?

In 2014 the band was honored by the Southern Folk Life Collection at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill with an exhibition featuring their music and cultural contributions. The flame-adorned La-Z-Boy from the cover of their Plastic Seat Sweat LP now resides at UNC-CH!
