Tom is a professor in the English department at WKU and the director of Steel Toe Books. Tom writes poetry and prose about poetry and has been published many times. Tom's latest book "Here Lies" is a collection of forty-nine poems, consisting mainly of self-epitaphs, and Tom will be reading an excerpt from this book at the event.
