A one-night comedy show produced by Bay Area comedian and comedy producer, Lisa Geduldig, of Kung Pao Kosher Comedy.
The show will feature internationally-acclaimed comedian, Gina Yashere, and her opening acts, Shea Suga and Karinda Dobbins. Lisa Geduldig will MC.

Gina and Lisa are thrilled to be working together again. Gina performed at The 10th Anniversary of Funny Girlz: A Smorgasbord of Women Comedians in 2008, and they co-produced Gina?s Live DVD comedy taping of Laughing to America at Brava Theater in San Francisco in 2012.
Gina Yashere, who was born to Nigerian parents and raised in London, previously worked as an elevator engineer. She has been a stand up and TV star in the UK for many years now, with appearances on such iconic TV shows as Live At The Apollo and Mock The Week, as well as creating and performing popular comedic characters on The Lenny Henry Show.
Gina broke onto the American comedy scene with her appearances on Last Comic Standing, where she made it to the final 10, and then never went home!
She went on to be named one of the top 10 rising talents in the Hollywood Reporter and is also known in the US for being the only British comedian to ever appear on Def Comedy Jam, as well as for her hilarious appearances on The Tonight Show, Crashing, @Midnight on Comedy Central, her one-hour stand up special, Skinny B*tch on Showtime, and now as the British Correspondent on Comedy Central's The Daily Show with Trevor Noah!
Gina's 3rd stand up special, Gina Yashere: Ticking Boxes, filmed at the iconic 02 Brixton Academy, London, in front of over 2000 of her fans, and was sold to NBC owned, Seeso TV in the US, in 2017. She has since shot a 4th stand up special for Netflix, which will be released March 20th.
Gina is also an in-demand voice artist and has voiced characters in various animations, including Keisha in the cult hit, Bromwell High, and Gravelle in the latest movie from the makers of Wallace & Gromit & Chicken Run, Early Man!
Gina has performed for audiences not just in Europe, the US and Australia, but she is in fact, a highly sought after comedian in Asia, making numerous sold out appearances in Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. It?s a wonder she found the time to pick up her 4th award in a row for ?Best Comedian? at the recent Black Entertainment & Comedy Awards (UK).
Gina has performed numerous times at the prestigious Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal and Toronto. Feature films appearances have included Kiss Kiss Bang Bang and Mr. in Between; she has also appeared on the West-End stage in The Vagina Monologues. Shea Suga hails from Phoenix, where she was influenced by a family of entertainers and show promoters, each of whom deserve their own reality show. At age 10, she made her way to Richmond, California with her huge family, and she is now acclaimed as one of the Bay Area?s most loved and closely followed comediennes. Shea?s favorite character, Motha Gertha, is alive and well as a 64-year -old church granny who battles demons and is addicted to glitter and bling. Motha Gertha is loved throughout churches, comedy clubs, schools and corporate businesses all over the Bay Area. After launching her stand-up career in 2005, Shea opened for comedian Luenell just two weeks later. Shea has made it to the finals in numerous comedy competitions and took 2nd place in the ?U Better Be Funny Competition? in 2008 in Phoenix. Since then, she has hosted and featured for headliners such as Sinbad, Sheryl Underwood, DL Hugley, Tommy Davidson, Bruce Bruce, Earthquake, and Lavell Crawford.
Karinda Dobbins is a Detroit-raised, San Francisco-based stand-up comic and actor. Bitch Magazine said Karinda is one of "Six Hilarious Female Comedians You Don't Know Yet - But Should". She has opened for Dave Chappelle, Trevor Noah, Hari Kondabolu, Margaret Cho and toured with W. Kamau Bell. She has performed at Bridgetown Comedy Festival and Comedy Central's Collosal Clusterfest. Lisa Geduldig is the creator, producer, and MC of a variety of Bay Area comedy shows including the intergalactically-acclaimed annual 3-day event Kung Pao Kosher Comedy (Jewish comedy on Christmas in a Chinese Restaurant) in San Francisco. The show celebrated its 25th Anniversary last December. Lisa produces two monthly Bay Area comedy shows: Comedy at Ashkenaz! in Berkeley on the second Thursday of the month and Comedy Returns to El Rio! on the third Thursday of the month at El Rio in San Francisco?s Mission District. No minimum age. But the show is not recommended for kids. It's up to parental discretion.
