Mysterious, eccentric, good-hearted, and downright talented are all words that have been used to describe actor and musician Creed Bratton over the years. Creed may be best known for starring as a fictional version of himself on nine seasons of the award winning, critically acclaimed NBC series ?The Office.? For nearly eight years fans worldwide grew to love him as Dunder Mifflin?s quality assurance director who unapologetically forgets the names of his own co-workers, and says bizarre confusing statements on a regular basis. If Creed was onscreen, laughs were sure to follow. While Creed may be best known for his on-screen antics, he is also an established musician with a career in music that spans nearly five decades, and he isn?t slowing down anytime soon. This year Creed is slated to release his 7th full-length album entitled ?While the Young Punks Dance,? featuring 10 brand new tracks. The album, produced by Dave Way (Sheryl Crow, Fiona Apple) and Dillon O?Brian, will be available wherever digital downloads are sold on April 6, 2018.


Born in Los Angeles, Creed grew up in Coarsegold, California, a small town near Yosemite National Park. As a child, he was surrounded by the arts; his grandparents, mother, and father were all musicians. Creed began playing guitar professionally as a teenager, making pocket change performing while attending Sacramento State College and College of the Sequoias where he studied theater. He went on to become member of the legendary American rock group The Grass Roots, playing lead guitar with the group on their first four albums ? three of which charted and sold millions of records across the globe. Creed parted ways with the band in 1970, but continued his passion for music and acting, playing music all over Los Angeles. Creed has released a handful of solo albums over the years, including: ?Chasin the Ball,? ?The 80?s,? ?Coarsegold,? ?Creed Bratton,? "Tell Me About It,? and ?Bounce Back.?


Additional television credits for Creed include: ?Grace and Frankie?, ?Comedy Bang! Bang!?, ?Franklin & Bash?, and ?Adventure Time with Finn & Jake.? On the film front Creed can next be seen appearing in ?The Sisters Brothers? (Annapurna) opposite Jake Gyllenhaal and Joaquin Phoenix. Based off the 2011 historical novel, the film follows a brother and sister who are assassins in 1851 western US, and are hired to murder a powerful prospector. Release date TBA.


While acting, recording music, and touring keeps Creed busy, when he has downtime you can find him reading, swimming, hiking, doing yoga, traveling and fishing for the elusive trout. Creed is an active supporter of the charity FirstBook, which has distributed more than 170 million books and educational resources to programs and schools serving children from low-income families in more than 30 countries. Creed is also a supporter of Lidè, an educational initiative that uses arts and literacy to build resiliency and empower at risk adolescent girls in rural Haiti. Creed is also involved with the Alzheimer?s Association.

Formed in May of 2011, rising from the ashes of the black machine, invoked after many moons, Disenchanter is a heavy rock band riding the currents of doom, casting riffs of rock, and melding the elixirs of metal to bring forth a fantasy of sci-fi wrapped in a stoner groove!

"Described as ?minimalist', ?menacing?, and ?raw? with ?a groovy blues vibe reminiscent of Electric Wizard, Coven, and Black Sabbath itself,? Disenchanter has been playing heavy rock since 2011, when they formed as a four-piece unit in Santa Rosa, California. A few line-up changes later and relocation to Portland, Oregon, the power trio is now casting spacey, doom-laden stoner riffs with songs that explore fantastic lyrical themes.
Sabine Stangenberg heads up Disenchanter on lead guitar and vocals, giving the band a powerful melodic feel with her commanding, emotive voice and infectious, bluesy solos. Joey DeMartini lays down the low end on bass guitar with fuzzy tones and solid grooves.

Plowing Into The Field Of Love is the third album from Copenhagen?s Iceage. It is new, bold and forceful. Channeling the rage and emotion of their tempestuous early releases into finely honed musicianship, Plowing Into The Field of Love features piano, mandolin, viola and organ atop Johan Suurballe-Wieth?s razor-sharp guitars and the lolloping, synchronized rhythm section of Jacob Tvilling Pless and Dan Kjær Nielsen. The record has a clear, uncompressed sound, and Elias Bender Rønnenfelt?s desperate vocals are out front, nakedly accountable for the words.

On this album, Rønnenfelt sings of what it is like to be out in the world, dizzy with its offerings, perched on a plateau of false confidence, bliss, fantasy and delirious self-denial. The autobiographical ?Forever,? for which Iceage have shared the video today, begins with a pretty repetitive motif over the words, ?I always had the sense that I was split in two,? and climaxes with a sunburst of horns recalling South African spiritual jazz great Mongezi Feza: ?If I could dive into the other, I?d lose myself forever.? At the other extreme, the album evokes a sort of euphoria, especially in the unexpectedly upbeat country number ?The Lord?s Favorite.? Yet desperation and loss lurks behind. This is an album about seeing, learning, and rejecting things, in a cycle that repeats and builds. The reference points are wildly varied, but the sound is uniquely and darkly Iceage as the record fights with itself, in the story it tells, and the sound it makes. It is not, however, a remotely difficult record. It is the anthemic sound of a band in motion, unafraid of change, filled with curiosity, musicality and ambition.

Murphy & the Giant is a high energy 5 piece Irish inspired folk rock band with songs on social commentary, triumph, woe, friendship and celebration. This irreverent band was formed around front man Dan O'Connor in the salt lake city area with Jamie Mcintosh on violin Evan Altuzarra on drums Jesus Acosta on lead guitar and Mitch Shepard on bass. Murphy and the Giant is a fun rowdy folk rock experience for any bar or venue to drink and dance the night away to.

All Night With the Trashcan Sinatras

Over 5 weeks, late in 2017, Frank Reader, Paul Livingston and John Douglas from the Trashcan Sinatras will be touring the USA as a three-piece acoustic lineup. The band mates celebrate their 30th anniversary, having formed in Irvine, Scotland in 1987. ?I've been in the band for thirty years now,? says Livingston. ?That's a long time to be in any relationship. It's a good time to take stock, see how far we've come, and think about where we're headed.?

With six well-spaced full-length albums to their credit, starting with debut Cake in 1990, through last year?s Wild Pendulum, the band has written and released just north of 100 songs. Over the course of the tour, they plan to play each one of those songs. ?Now that we?ve reached a century of songs,? says Reader, ?it feels like a good time to meet up with them all again, like a high school reunion.? He adds, ?Those songs whose love and friendship we?ve nourished over the years will no doubt turn up most nights and show us why we?ve remained so close over the years, but it?ll be most interesting to see how those with whom we?ve lost touch have aged.? He expects that some songs will ?turn up drunk and disheveled,? while others ?may now be dashing and distinguishing, more so than we all would have guessed. I can?t wait to meet them all again and find out.?

Every show will consist of two unique sets and fans can expect to hear some covers, too. Although the band often delves into its back catalog for obscurities, particularly during acoustic tours, many songs have never been played live. Others may never be played again. ?We will be playing some songs live that we have never attempted before, so in some ways, it?s a tightrope walk for us. But, these songs are what we have done with our lives, so I accept the challenge and will try to not look down,? says Douglas.

Performing acoustically will transport many of those 100 songs back to their origins. ?Most of our songs are written with acoustic guitars and voices in quiet, solitary rooms, so it will be nervy but exciting to bring that sound out of the backroom and into the light,? says Douglas. According to Livingston, ?touring with no rhythm section means you have to take your cues more from the vocal. You can bend time and create space for the emotion of the song to come through.?

Thirty years on, this is a chance for the band to reflect on its past, take a look at the present and imagine where they might go next. Playing all of the songs they?ve written seems a good way of celebrating the journey so far. Come along early, join the band in celebration and see which songs the evening brings.

Chad Valley are the personal outpourings of one Hugo Manuel, the balearic-inclined vocalist of Oxford's Jonquil and founder member of the Blessing Force collective.

Taking a more electronic approach to sunset vibes, Hugo has made quite a splash this past summer. In his short 25 show career he's already played in Dublin, Paris, Budapest, Belgrade and Istanbul, been a big smash at In The City and supported the likes of Amiina, Mountain Goats and Foals. His music has been on every blog you can think of from Gorilla vs. Bear to Pitchfork's Forkcast, the latter of which has featured him three times in recent months and at one point in late October was the fourth most blogged about artist on the planet.

He's enjoyed a host of radio plays across the BBC and had his debut BBC session recorded for Huw Stephens' show in January 2011.

Chad Valley's debut EP is out on Service's US imprint Cascine (USA / UK / JP / Scan) and French label Maman (EU) and a follow up is slated for release this coming Spring in UK, US and Japan.

In the past seven years, CHON have gone from playing local shows in their hometown of San Diego to a spot on the Billboard 200 and tours with Animals As Leaders and Circa Survive. The easiest category to put CHON in would be "instrumental," but that doesn't do the band justice. On their debut full-length Grow, CHON incorporate prog rock and jazz with lightning quick picking, staccato drumming and buoyant melodies, creating a sound that's fresh, exciting and wholly their own. (They even add vocals to a couple songs, "Can't Wait" and "Echo.") There are intricacies to the songs on Grow, but the band's approach to writing music is simple and organic. "We have fun writing this kind of music," says guitarist Mario Camarena. "We don't take it too seriously; it's just music we naturally write. I hope people who enjoy our stuff have fun listening to it."

From their growing fanbase and positive reviews, to tours with scene heavy hitters, it's safe to say people are indeed enjoying CHON's music. The San Diego band, which also includes guitarist Erick Hansel, bassist Drew Pelisek and drummer Nathan Camarena (Mario's younger brother), began in early 2008 when friends Erick and Mario began writing what would become CHON songs. Soon they were ready to start playing shows, but they needed a drummer. So they taught Nathan how to play drums and had their first show that summer. It wasn't long before they were playing every show they could.

In 2010 the band took an extended break, but by 2012 they had decided to pursue CHON full-time and were back to touring and writing music. "We've always had it in the back of our minds that we wanted to make [music] a career," Mario says. "For some reason this project just turned out to be the one. It's the music we started writing when we came into our own style and had our own original sound." They released their first EP, Newborn Sun in 2013 and followed it up in 2014 with the Woohoo! EP. That record put CHON on the map, earning them a spot Billboard 200.

Much like the title of their debut album suggests, CHON have evolved greatly since forming in 2008. There's no telling where they will go next, musically?but more people are sure to be listening.

Bonny Doon emerged in 2014, its four members pivoting away from their punk origins to create something restrained and steeped in contemplation. Songwriters Bill Lennox and Bobby Colombo expanded their ongoing collaboration to include drummer Jake Kmiecik and bassist Joshua Brooks. From there Bonny Doon took form, developing a sound indebted as much to musical touchstones like Neil Young and the Silver Jews as it was to the emotional landscapes of their always changing hometown of Detroit.

The group recorded what became a self-titled 7? in the summer of 2014, tracked by Fred Thomas in his living room. A tape of 4-track demos, ?Classical Days and Jazzy Nights,? followed in 2015, before reenlisting Thomas to record their texturally dense debut LP, which melded their penchant for time-honored songcraft with production heavy on tape-delay and glowing, roomy sonics. The album was released on Salinas in early 2017, as the band was already deep into work on material for a follow-up. Working in a studio for the first time, they captured a more spare and vulnerable sound and signed on with Woodsist to release the resultant album, Longwave.

Indie-pop band from Kansas City. The band formed as a trio in early 2012 under the name The I'ms, but after recording a handful of demo tracks and playing live only a few times, changed their name to Shy Boys before the summer of the same year. A few of the early demos ("Bully Fight," "Keeps Me On My Toes") were re-recorded for the band's debut album, but others (the lo-fi "Justine," the '60s pop throwback "Strange," and the French pop-inspired "Want Her") have yet to be released in an official capacity. Prior to recording their sophomore full-length, the band added Kyle Little on guitar and keyboards.

Street-punk band from Boston. Formed by singer Mike McColgan, drummer Jeff Erna (both former members of Dropkick Murphys) and guitarist Rob Guidotti. After a couple bassists, they settled on former Bruisers member Johnny Rioux. In 2004, Erna and Guidotti left and they were replaced by former Mighty Mighty Bosstones member Joe Sirois on drums and two new guitarists, Marcus Hollar and Tobe Bean. The drummer changed two more times, to Paul Rucker in 2007 and Pete Sosa (2) in 2012. Tobe then left at the end of 2012 and was replaced by Lenny Lashley
